North South Lions

SimplePlay presents North South Lions, a video slot that features 5 reels and 3 rows, along with 30 adjustable paylines, giving players the option to choose how many lines to bet on with each spin. The game is themed around Chinese festival culture, showcasing symbols like red and gold lions, drums, cymbals, gongs, traditional playing card icons ranging from 9 to Ace, and a vibrant backdrop of pagoda architecture. A regular Wild symbol is included, as well as special Wilds that activate during the Free Spins feature. Landing three or more Scatter symbols anywhere on the reels initiates the Free Spins round.

Once the Free Spins feature begins, players can select between two modes associated with the Red Lion and the Gold Lion, each featuring unique special Wild symbols. During this bonus round, special Wilds appear on reel 3, and if the chosen special Wild contributes to a winning line, a multiplier starts at 2×. For every five consecutive spins, this multiplier increases by one, reaching a maximum of 8×. The Free Spins session operates in an “Unlimited Spin Mode” until the unselected lion symbol appears on reel 3, which then activates a Spin Countdown Mode of five spins; if the chosen Wild shows up before the countdown concludes, the session reverts to Unlimited Spin Mode.

Additionally, the game offers three progressive jackpots—Mini, Minor, and Major—that can be randomly awarded during play. Players can choose from a wide range of betting options, accommodating both low and high stakes. In the base game, the maximum win for five Red Lions on a payline is 1,200× the line bet. There is no option to purchase free spins directly within the game.

You can play it for real money.
