Rusty & Curly

Developed by Hacksaw, Rusty & Curly is a video slot that embraces a comedic Wild West theme, featuring the main characters Rusty and Curly alongside their animal friends, Crispy and Chewy. The game layout consists of 5 reels and 4 rows with fixed paylines. In the base game, players can encounter Wild symbols known as “Wild Posters,” which can showcase up to 3 hearts and multipliers that range from ×2 to ×10. When at least one heart is present on a Wild Poster, respins are activated, using up a heart with each respin until the Wild Poster is removed.

There are two unique bonus rounds available. The first, Stick to the Plan!, is triggered by landing 3 scatter symbols, which grants 6 free spins. During this round, Wild Posters appear more often, along with extra hearts and multipliers that can go up to ×100. Respins continue as long as there is a heart remaining, and these do not count against the free spins.

The second bonus round, Who Shot the Sheriff?, is activated by 4 scatter symbols and awards 12 free spins divided into three cycles. Each cycle includes a Collect Phase where Rusty or Curly, or both, can expand to cover a reel and target multiplier symbols on the grid, adding to their wild reel with each successful hit. This is followed by a Payout Phase with three spins where the Wild Reel remains sticky, keeping the collected multipliers. During this phase, Crispy & Chewy symbols may appear as expanding wilds, but they do not carry multipliers and are not sticky.

For players in regions where it is allowed, a Bonus Buy feature is available, enabling direct purchases into any of the bonus rounds or activation of special variants. Options include purchasing the Stick to the Plan! bonus, the Who Shot the Sheriff? bonus, or variants that enhance the frequency of Wild Posters or boost the chances of triggering bonuses.

Rusty & Curly offers a maximum win potential of 10,000 times the stake. The gameplay mechanics involving Wild Posters, hearts, and multipliers, combined with the two distinct free spins bonuses, create a range of options and strategic choices for players.
