Knights vs Barbarians

Pragmatic Play presents Knights vs Barbarians, a video slot featuring 5 reels and 3 rows with 10 fixed paylines, set in a medieval conflict between opposing factions. Central to the gameplay is the Center Symbol Feature, where only the middle position on the third reel is framed. When special scatters land in this position during the base game, they trigger powerful conversion effects. If a Knight Scatter occupies the center, all Knight-related symbols on the grid, including the scatter itself, transform into wilds. Conversely, a Barbarian Scatter will convert Barbarian-themed symbols in the same manner. Additionally, a Battle Scatter in the center initiates a duel, selects a side, applies a random multiplier ranging from 2× to 100× to winning symbols, and turns those of the winning side into wilds.

Landing three, four, or five Free Spins scatters anywhere on the reels activates Free Spins, awarding 10, 15, or 20 spins respectively. The center position becomes more dynamic during the Free Spins feature, ensuring that every spin includes one of the special scatter types in the center. If a Free Spins Scatter appears there, it grants additional spins. Players can opt for special bets or modifiers, such as an Ante Bet to enhance the chances of triggering Free Spins, or a Super Spin that guarantees a special scatter in the center for that spin.

In regions where available, a Feature Buy option allows players to purchase the Free Spins feature directly, with a more premium choice offering a Super Free Spins mode where only Battle Scatters or Free Spins Scatters can land in the center. The game boasts a maximum win potential of up to 10,000× the bet when feature triggers, multipliers, and wild transformations align. The atmosphere is rich with imagery of armor, weapons, banners, and battle scenes, highlighting the conflict between knights and barbarians rather than a softer fantasy theme.
