Once Again upon a Time

Developed by Betsoft, "Once Again upon a Time" is a video slot game featuring a layout of 5 reels and 3 rows, complemented by 25 fixed paylines. The game immerses players in a medieval fantasy realm, highlighting characters such as a knight, a princess, a dragon, and an enchanting fairy tale ambiance. In this slot, the Wild symbol can replace all symbols except for the BONUS, BOOST, and SCATTER symbols.

When players land 3 SCATTER symbols on reels 2, 3, and 4, the Free Spins feature is triggered, awarding 8 Free Spins along with an instant win that doubles the bet. During the Free Spins, only high-paying symbols are present on the reels, as low-value symbols are excluded from this feature. A standout aspect of the game is the Hold & Win feature, which activates when players land either 6 BONUS symbols or 5 BONUS symbols along with 1 BOOST symbol.

Prior to the start of the Hold & Win feature, players receive 3 respins, and the count resets each time a new BONUS symbol appears, locking the symbols in place. The BOOST symbol serves to enhance the values of the existing BONUS symbols. Additionally, the Mystery Bonus symbol can yield a random prize, which may change into Mini, Minor, Major, Mega, or BOOST during this feature. The game also offers a Buy Bonus option, enabling players to directly access the Hold & Win feature. Each reel contains stacked Mystery symbols that fill hidden positions with the same random symbol before the spin, leading to exciting combinations.
