Catrina's Coins

Quickspin presents Catrina’s Coins, a video slot featuring a 5×3 reel layout and 20 fixed paylines. Set against the lively backdrop of Pueblo del Cielo, the game showcases a colorful Day of the Dead theme, complete with vibrant Mexican-style symbols such as chilies, hats, tequila bottles, and the elegantly designed character Catrina, all enhanced by festive music and decorations. Wild symbols in the game can replace all paying symbols, with the exception of Catrina Coins, Stars, and Piñatas. Piñatas can be found in both the base and bonus games, revealing random multipliers ranging from 2× to 5×, which enhance line wins, fixed “Starpot” wins, and the values of Catrina Coins during the bonus.

The Starpots, which are fixed jackpot-style prizes, can only appear on the rightmost reel during the base game but can land on any reel in the bonus game, offering prizes that can multiply your bet by twenty to two thousand times. Catrina Coins act as scatter symbols; landing three or more in the base game activates the Pueblo del Cielo Bonus Game, with the triggering coins carrying multipliers between 1× and 5× into the bonus round.

In the Pueblo del Cielo Bonus Game, players begin with three “lives” or respins, which reset to three whenever a new bonus symbol appears. During this feature, only Stars, Piñatas, and Catrina Coins can land, and all symbols are sticky, remaining on the reels once they appear. At the conclusion of the bonus, the values and multipliers from all visible symbols are totaled and multiplied by the bet to calculate the feature win. Additionally, a Bonus Buy option is available in several markets, allowing players to pay sixty times their bet to instantly trigger the Pueblo del Cielo Bonus Game, ensuring the presence of three or more Catrina Coins. The maximum winning potential in Catrina’s Coins can reach up to 10,000-10,151 times your bet through its bonus mechanics.

You can play it for real money.
