Shields of Lambda

Developed by Quickspin, "Shields of Lambda" is a video slot that features a 5×5 grid and utilizes a "cluster pays" mechanic, where players must have at least five matching symbols adjacent either horizontally or vertically to achieve wins. The game is themed around ancient Greece, drawing inspiration from the legendary Spartan warriors known for their Lambda-emblazoned shields, and it showcases stunning visuals and an engaging soundtrack. A significant aspect of the gameplay is the Lambda Meter, which fills up each time a Lambda symbol appears in a winning cluster. In the base game, players must gather 70 Lambda symbols to complete the meter, while only 20 are required during Ferryman’s Free Spins. Once the meter is filled, the Unity Feature activates, filling the grid with a random low symbol and starting a sequence of "tumbling reels" that persist as long as new winning combinations are created. Colossal Wilds can also show up on losing spins, taking the form of a 2×2 block and aiding in filling the Lambda Meter. The Free Spins feature is triggered by landing three or more Scatter symbols, offering 10, 15, or 20 free spins based on the number of Scatters obtained. If players activate Free Spins with fewer than five Scatters, they have the chance to gamble for more spins, though losing this gamble results in losing the entire round. During Free Spins, the Unity Feature incorporates a progressive multiplier that increases by +1 for each successful tumble without any limit, and if Unity is reactivated in the same round, the multiplier remains intact. Additionally, players have the option to purchase the Free Spins round directly from the base game for a cost of 70 times their bet, ensuring they receive at least three Scatters.
