Lion's Hoard

"Lion's Hoard," developed by Red Tiger, is a video slot game featuring a 5-reel layout with 4 symbols on each reel and a total of 20 paylines that allow wins to be formed from both left to right and right to left. The game is set in a lavish treasure room filled with gold, showcasing a color scheme of brown and gold, with symbols that include medieval items such as lion motifs, crowns, helmets, and shields.

One of the game's notable elements is the "Diamond Reels." Each reel, apart from the center one, contains four diamond sockets, with two of these sockets already filled at the start. White diamond scatters occupy the sockets on designated reels, and when all four sockets on a reel are filled, that reel becomes a "Diamond Reel," showing only locked Mystery Stones symbols.

The Mystery Stones symbols can transform into the same symbol present on the activated Diamond Reel and remain locked until they contribute to a winning combination. Once they form a win, they unlock and revert the reel to its original state, resetting the counter. If a blue diamond scatter appears on the middle reel, it fills all reel sockets at once, and if these were previously active, it adds multipliers to the respective reels.

Filling the top of the sockets for each Diamond Reel with scatter symbols grants reel multipliers that apply to all winning lines with active Diamond Reels. If multiple reel multipliers are present, they can be multiplied together, potentially reaching a maximum multiplier of up to ×96. The game allows for a maximum win of 7,150 times the bet amount.

The gameplay does not include free spins or traditional bonus rounds; instead, it emphasizes the base game with its Diamond Reels and Mystery Stones features. If four small wild symbols appear from the Mystery Stones, they can merge to create a sticky super wild ("Super Wild") of size 1×4, remaining in place on the reels until used in a winning line.

The atmospheric graphics and sound effects contribute to a medieval setting, with lion roars and enchanting lighting enhancing the opulence of the treasure room. Overall, "Lion's Hoard" provides an engaging base game experience, enriched by collected scatters, mystery symbols, and multipliers, rather than relying on complex bonus rounds or free spins.
