Baron Samedi

Yggdrasil's Baron Samedi is a video slot featuring 5 reels and 25 paylines, set in a mystical voodoo realm filled with candles, tarot cards, and ritual artifacts. The game revolves around Baron Samedi, the loa of the dead in Haitian voodoo, and includes symbols such as voodoo dolls, gems, skulls, and a voodoo priestess. A notable feature is the Card Collection system, which consists of 36 unique Feature Cards, each offering modifiers like multipliers, mystery symbols, wilds, wild reels, super-stacked symbols, or transforming symbols. In the base game, landing two scatter symbols activates a Voodoo Respin, providing three random Feature Cards that apply only for that respin. When three or more scatters are landed, players enter the Free Spins round, receiving 7, 12, or 15 free spins based on the number of scatters. Each spin during the Free Spins begins with three active Feature Cards, enhancing the gameplay with diverse and potentially powerful combinations. Completing a specific card collection grants an additional three Free Spins, with the completed card locked in the first card slot to ensure its feature is always available during those spins. Wild symbols can substitute for regular symbols to assist in forming wins, while high-strength cards offer more impactful effects, with rarer cards needing fewer to complete their collection. Betting options range from approximately 0.25 to 125 units per spin, accommodating both low and high-stakes players in this highly volatile slot.
