The Ultimate 5

The Ultimate 5, developed by Pragmatic Play, is a video slot that features a layout of five reels and three rows, with twenty fixed paylines, all set in the stunning African savanna. Central to the game are the iconic "Big Five" animals: the lion, leopard, elephant, rhinoceros, and buffalo, complemented by a backdrop of nature scenes, drought, grass, and wildlife. A Baobab tree acts as the wild symbol, substituting for regular symbols but not for scatter or money symbols. The money symbols are essential for activating the Hold & Spin Super Boost feature, appearing on reels 2-4 in the base game and on all reels during the bonus round.

When players land three or more money symbols, the Hold & Spin Super Boost feature triggers, providing a set number of respins, usually three, which can reset with the addition of new money symbols. If money symbols are adjacent either horizontally or vertically, they connect, and their values are upgraded to higher tiers, which include multipliers and various jackpot levels like Mini, Minor, Major, Maxi, and Mega.

The Free Spins symbol, depicted as a diamond, awards players with eight, ten, or twelve free spins when three, four, or five are landed. During these free spins, the reel set undergoes random upgrades, eliminating the lowest value symbols in order: starting with "10", then "J", "Q", "K", and finally "A". Each removal guarantees a wild symbol for that spin. Additionally, scatter symbol overlays during free spins can result in extra free spins.

In The Ultimate 5, players have the chance to win up to 5000 times their bet, creating opportunities for significant payouts if the bonus features are favorable and money symbols connect effectively. The game combines a straightforward base game with captivating themes and exciting bonus rounds, making it especially appealing to fans of animal-themed slots and thrilling jackpot pursuits.
