Gronk's Gems

Hacksaw presents Gronk's Gems, a video slot that features a 6×6 grid and utilizes Cluster Pays mechanics, allowing players to achieve wins by connecting a minimum of five matching symbols either vertically or horizontally. The game incorporates cascading wins, where winning clusters are cleared, making way for new symbols that can lead to further winning combinations. A standout element is the “Charged Symbols” feature, which activates symbols involved in wins, displaying them in a meter above the grid; these symbols remain active throughout the entire spin sequence, including any cascades that occur. An “Epic Gem” may emerge during cascades, which activates once the grid stabilizes, converting all charged symbols into the highest paying type and forming a large cluster that triggers another cascade.

There are two unique free spins features: Gronk’s Treasure and Gem Hoarder. To activate Gronk’s Treasure, players need to land three Gronk’s Head scatter symbols in the base game, granting ten free spins with a heightened chance for Epic Gems to appear. Gem Hoarder is initiated by landing three Gem Bag scatters during the base game, starting with five free spins that can be replenished by landing three Gem Bag symbols again during the feature.

In the Gem Hoarder feature, the charged state is turned off, but a global multiplier is introduced, which increases with the number of symbols removed by winning clusters during the feature. A special wild symbol, known as X-Gem, multiplies any winning cluster it connects with by the global multiplier; if multiple X-Gems are present, the multiplier is applied for each symbol involved.

Moreover, players can take advantage of a “Bonus Buy” feature, which allows them to purchase direct access to either the Gronk’s Treasure or Gem Hoarder features, along with options like FeatureSpins or BonusHunt, which boost the chances of triggering a bonus feature in the base game. The whimsical theme of Gronk's Gems revolves around a cave troll surrounded by glimmering gems and crystals, complemented by colorful and detailed graphics that create a cozy yet slightly dark atmosphere, with Troll Gronk animatedly moving alongside the grid in response to significant wins. This game combines its enchanting ambiance with dynamic bonus features and thrilling multipliers, providing a varied and captivating slot experience.
