Caishen: God of Fortune – HOLD & WIN by Betsoft is a video slot that features an oriental theme on a 5-reel and 3-row setup, offering 243 ways to win. The game highlights Caishen, the Chinese god of fortune, alongside traditional symbols like money trees, golden ships, and dragons, all presented against a rich red and gold backdrop that signifies wealth and prosperity.
In the base game, players can find a Wild symbol that appears only on reels 2, 3, and 4, which substitutes for most other symbols to help form winning combinations. There are also "Stacked Mystery" symbols that can cover an entire reel, revealing identical regular symbols to boost the chances of winning across multiple lines.
The primary feature of the game is the HOLD & WIN, activated by landing six Bonus symbols or five Bonus symbols with a Collect symbol, which grants three respins. During these respins, the Bonus and Collect symbols remain locked, while new symbols can land, resetting the respins each time. If all 15 positions on the board are filled with symbols during this feature, players can achieve the Grand Jackpot.
Additionally, within the Hold & Win round, the Extra Win symbol can appear, randomly selecting visible Bonus symbols to increase their values sequentially before transforming into a Bonus symbol. The Caishen Collect feature in the base game activates when a Collect symbol lands alongside one to four Bonus symbols, instantly gathering their total value.
Players can also opt for the “Feature Buy,” which allows direct entry into the Hold & Win round for a specified price based on their bet. The price varies depending on whether players choose a standard trigger or one that guarantees a Collect symbol. The maximum payout possible in Caishen: God of Fortune – HOLD & WIN is 2,331 times the bet, achievable during the Hold & Win round under the right circumstances. The game does not feature free spins or standalone multipliers outside of the special features described.
You can play it for real money.
