John Hunter and Galileo's Secrets

Pragmatic Play presents John Hunter and Galileo’s Secrets, a video slot featuring a 5×3 grid and 10 fixed paylines. Set in a Renaissance-era observatory, the game immerses players in a world filled with star charts, astronomical instruments, and enigmatic books, creating a blend of adventure and scholarly intrigue. Key features include Mystery Symbols, a Respin Feature, Free Spins levels that encompass a Super Free Spins mode, and a Feature Buy option.

The Mystery Symbol can appear as a full stack on a reel, transforming into a random paying symbol or a Money Symbol when fully visible. Wins can be formed by these revealed symbols regardless of their positions, even if they are on non-adjacent reels. Triggering the Respin Feature occurs when six or more Money Symbols land anywhere on the reels, resulting in a board filled with Money Symbols and blanks, along with three respins that reset with each new Money Symbol that appears. All Money Symbols become sticky, and if the grid fills completely, a bonus of 2,000 times the bet is awarded in addition to any regular winnings.

Three Scatter symbols activate Free Spins, while two Scatters combined with one Super Scatter initiate the Super Free Spins mode. Before the Free Spins commence, a symbol (or the Money Symbol) is randomly selected to act as the Mystery Symbol for that round. Free Spins are divided into Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Super levels, with higher levels linked to more valuable symbols. Players have the option to gamble in an attempt to upgrade the Mystery Symbol or level prior to the Free Spins starting, but unsuccessful gambles will result in losing the bonus round. During Free Spins, partially visible Mystery Symbols will nudge to fill entire reels. Collecting Scatters also fills the free spins meter, which can upgrade levels and grant additional spins.

The Feature Buy option allows players to directly access either the Free Spins or Super Free Spins round for a set cost. The game emphasizes high-reward bonus mechanics, focusing on volatility rather than frequent smaller wins.
