Merlin and the Ice Queen Morgana

In the video slot Merlin and the Ice Queen Morgana by Play’n GO, players delve into the legendary saga of King Arthur, where Merlin faces off against his former apprentice, Morgana, set against a wintry backdrop. The game features a layout of 5 reels and 3 rows, with 10 active paylines. There are two varieties of Wild symbols: Merlin's staff acts as a Scatter Wild, while Morgana is a special Wild that can stack on the reels.

When Morgana Wild fully occupies a reel, it activates a random multiplier that can be x2, x3, x5, or x8, which applies to all wins during that spin. Activating the Free Spins round requires landing three or more Scatter symbols (Merlin's staff), which rewards players with 10 free spins. This round can be retriggered by landing an additional three or more Scatters, granting another 10 free spins.

Before the Free Spins begin, a high-value symbol or a "royal" symbol is randomly chosen to become a special expanding symbol. This symbol can expand to cover an entire reel if enough instances appear, needing two for high-paying symbols and three for royal symbols, without requiring them to be adjacent. During the Free Spins, Morgana Wild can also act as the special expanding symbol to help form winning combinations.

The game’s captivating visuals and audio complement its enchanting and icy theme, showcasing symbols such as spell books, rings, cauldrons, and the characters of Merlin and Morgana. Additionally, players have the option to use a Gamble feature after base game wins, allowing them to risk their winnings by guessing the color or suit of a card for a chance to double or quadruple their rewards. With the right mix of expanding symbols and Morgana's multipliers, Merlin and the Ice Queen Morgana presents opportunities for substantial maximum prize multiples based on the total bet.
