Circle of Life

Hacksaw's Circle of Life is a video slot featuring a grid of 5 reels and 4 rows, along with 14 fixed paylines. The game immerses players in a dark, mythological theme set in a haunted forest, filled with imagery such as trees adorned with skulls, silent spirits, and a somber natural ambiance. Central to the gameplay are the Tree symbols, which serve as wilds and come with multipliers ranging from 2× to 100×, substituting for standard symbols. When a Tree symbol contributes to a winning combination, it becomes sticky and triggers respins, growing into a "Tree of Life" with each successive respin.

Should the Tree of Life extend from the bottom to the top of the grid, it activates the Circle of Life wheel feature. This wheel spins until it lands on a skull, which can yield either additive multipliers that increase by fixed amounts or multiplicative multipliers that double the current total, enhancing the Tree's multiplier before the feature concludes with the skull.

The game includes three different tiers of free spins bonuses: Origin, Eternal, and Rebirth. The Origin bonus is activated by three Free Spins scatter symbols, during which the Tree symbols remain sticky throughout the spins. Triggered by four scatters, the Eternal bonus introduces mechanics that ensure certain reels are "activated," guaranteeing Tree symbols will land on them. The Rebirth bonus, an epic hidden feature activated by five scatters or upgrade symbols, begins with specific reels already activated, particularly reels 2 and 4, and applies the Eternal mechanics from the start.

Free Spins are initiated by scatter symbols that expand to fill their respective reels, revealing numbers that typically range from +1 to +3, which are totaled to determine the overall free spins awarded. Additionally, upgrade symbols may appear during the scatter expansion to enhance the bonus mode. Circle of Life also offers feature buy options where allowed, enabling players to directly access specific bonus modes. The maximum potential win is up to 15,000× the bet.
