Ugliest Catch

The video slot Ugliest Catch by No Limit City presents a fishing theme set against a backdrop of a polluted environment inhabited by mutated fish, offering a unique and darker take on the classic fishing slot. It features a 5x3 grid layout, with two locked Enhancer Cells located above and below each of the five reels. Scatters play a crucial role in unlocking these Enhancer Cells, which can reveal special symbols such as Fisherman Wilds, Big Berta, xWays, or standard paying symbols. The xWays symbols can appear in locked positions and split into 2 to 4 identical symbols, thereby enhancing the potential for winning combinations.

When a Fisherman Wild lands in an opened Enhancer Cell during the base game or in open positions during free spins, the Kill N’ Grill Wild Fishing feature is triggered. This feature assigns multipliers to all Fish Trophy and Big Berta symbols present on the screen, with the total being summed and multiplied by the player's bet. Depending on the situation, Fish Trophy symbols can be valued at up to 5,000×, similar to Big Berta symbols.

The game offers three tiers of free spins: landing 3 Scatters awards 8 Lunker Spins with 6 open Enhancer Cells, while 4 Scatters provide 9 Hawg Spins with 8 open Cells, and 5 Scatters results in 10 Honey Hole Spins with all 10 Cells unlocked. During the Lunker and Hawg rounds, players have the opportunity to collect additional scatters, which can unlock 2 extra Cells and grant an additional spin, a feature not available in Honey Hole.

Moreover, a Troll Level metric is present during the free spins, where every fourth Fisherman Wild increases the player's Troll Level (values of x2, x3, and eventually x10) and provides extra spins. This multiplier applies to the collected Fish Trophy and Big Berta values during the free spins round. For those seeking immediate excitement, a Bonus Buy feature enables players to purchase direct access to Lunker, Hawg, or Honey Hole spins, or choose a Lucky Dip option that randomly activates one of the three free spin modes.

Additionally, players can opt for a Boosted xBet feature, which for an extra percentage of the bet guarantees a Scatter on reel 2 during the base game, thereby improving the chances of triggering free spins and unlocking Enhancer Cells. The game offers a maximum win potential of 50,000× the bet, appealing to those who enjoy high-risk, high-reward gameplay.
