Blobsters Clusterbuster

Blobsters Clusterbuster, created by Red Tiger, is a video slot that employs a 9x9 symbol grid and a cluster pays mechanic. To secure a win, players need to form clusters of at least five matching symbols that are adjacent either horizontally or vertically. The game is set in a joyful extraterrestrial environment, featuring colorful 'Blobsters', multi-eyed aliens that hover around a central spaceship, all against a backdrop of stars and planets in the cosmos.

The gameplay revolves around a spaceship (UFO) that has eight lights on it. Each time a cluster win occurs near the 3x3 area of the ship, one of these lights lights up. Once all eight lights are illuminated, players can trigger one of three modifiers: Upgrader, Frenzy, or Supersize.

The Upgrader feature randomly changes several low-value symbols outside of clusters into higher-value ones, while Frenzy turns some symbols into wilds. Supersize increases the size of 2 to 4 premium or wild symbols to 3x3, greatly boosting their effectiveness within clusters.

After unlocking all three modifiers, players can start the UFO Invader Spins by lighting up all the lights. This bonus round offers ten free spins, during which the modifiers are more likely to appear. During the Invader Spins, players can activate all lights up to three times, gaining additional spins and multiplying wins by 3x, 7x, and up to 12x.

The game also includes cascading wins, where symbols involved in clusters vanish, allowing new symbols to drop in and potentially form additional clusters. This feature lets players achieve multiple wins from a single spin.

Betting limits generally vary from a low amount to ten units per spin, depending on the casino, with the potential for a maximum win of around 7,500 times the stake. The graphics are vibrant and cartoonish, filled with lively colors and alien motifs, creating a fun and dynamic gaming experience.
