Wonderland Protector

Wonderland Protector by Netent is a video slot that utilizes a 5×5 grid and a Cluster Pays mechanism, allowing players to achieve wins through clusters of a minimum of three matching symbols arranged either horizontally or vertically. Set in a fantastical universe, the game features three heroic witches who confront a variety of monsters and bosses across three unique realms: Dark Forest, Fire Lands, and Ice World. Throughout the game, players will encounter vibrant jewel symbols and dragon-like adversaries. In the base game, two main features are available: Hero Wilds and Random Destroy. Hero Wilds are triggered when a winning combination of Hero symbols appears, transforming all symbols of that witch's color into wilds. Random Destroy activates on spins that do not result in wins, removing all symbols except for one witch color, wilds, and scatters, which allows new symbols to fall into place for possible wins.

Landing three scatter symbols in a single spin activates the Free Spins feature, granting 8 free spins and starting a bonus round where players take on captains and a boss in one of the realms. Each witch has a meter that fills up with combinations of mid-value symbols, and once it is full, a special attack against enemies is unleashed. Defeating a captain during the bonus round awards additional free spins, while overcoming the boss leads to the unlocking of the next realm and more free spins.

Each realm comes with its own unique modifier effects: the Dark Forest offers spreading wilds, the Fire Lands introduces between 2 and 4 random wilds, and the Ice World features stable wilds or stacked wilds that can cover multiple positions. The game's visuals are presented in an anime style with a fantasy theme, showcasing witches around a cauldron and beautifully crafted symbols such as crystals, snowflakes, and ominous ornaments. The wild symbol serves as a substitute for other symbols to help create winning combinations, applicable in both the base game and during the bonus round.

In essence, Wonderland Protector delivers a complex gaming experience enriched with bonus features and strategic gameplay, where players engage in battles against foes while enjoying various special effects throughout the Free Spins round.
