The Walking Dead 2™ is a video slot from Playtech with five reels and three rows, as well as 25 fixed paylines. The theme of the game is based on the popular TV series The Walking Dead from AMC, and zombies, iconic characters like Rick, Negan, Michonne, and Beth, as well as a post-apocalyptic atmosphere are clearly present in both the symbols and graphics. The zombie hand symbol acts as a wild, which can substitute for other symbols except for scatter, and a special feature is the Wild Walker symbol, which can cover an entire reel. One of the main features is the "Split Reel" mechanic: when you get a win on reels 1, 2, or 3, that reel shifts one step to the right, and the empty reel respins for free; if a new win is formed, the round continues in the same manner. By landing at least three scatter symbols, the game goes to the Feature Select screen, where you choose one of five different bonus features.
The available free spins include Walking Wilds, Multiplier, Super Stacked, and Sticky Wilds, each with its own special additional properties. For example, Walking Wilds Free Games offer a certain number of spins depending on the number of scatters, and wins achieved activate respins that move the Wild Walker to the left after each respin. Multiplier Free Games highlight the multipliers from Wild Walker symbols (2×, 3×, or 5×), while Super Stacked Free Games allow the game to choose a random symbol that appears in stacks on the reels. In Sticky Wilds Free Games, all wild symbols that appear during the free spins are locked in place until the round is over.
Additionally, the game has a Coin Bonus Game feature that is activated when four or five scatter symbols land. Here, the field expands to a 5×5 grid, where the middle reel is reserved for Wild Walker, and coins, multipliers, as well as the possibility of four fixed jackpots are included. The jackpots Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand offer the chance to win multiples of your stake. The game does not offer the option to buy bonus rounds.
You can play it for real money.
