Book of Darkness

In Betsoft's Book of Darkness, players engage with a video slot featuring five reels, three rows, and ten fixed paylines. The game unfolds in a mystical, shadowy temple where the Huntress and the Dark Wizard vie for dominance over the Book of Darkness. The Book symbol serves a dual purpose as both Wild and Scatter, substituting for most symbols while also initiating instant payouts and the Free Spins feature when three or more appear. Activating Free Spins through scatter books grants players 10, 15, or 20 free spins, depending on the number of triggering symbols, and a random regular symbol becomes special; if this symbol lands on three or more reels in a single spin, it expands vertically to fill the entire reel.

Another significant aspect of the game is the Clash for Power feature, which is activated by aligning the Huntress, Book, and Dark Wizard in a straight line, or vice versa. Players select a hero to support, and as those symbols appear, a Hero Meter fills. Should your chosen hero triumph in the battle, the Shadowform round is unlocked. During Shadowform, players receive ten free spins along with a bonus based on the winning hero: if the Huntress prevails, a 5× multiplier applies to wins with specific high-value symbols; if the Dark Wizard wins, up to five expanding symbols are added to the reels. Notably, the Book does not appear during the Free Spins rounds, shifting the focus to the special or expanding symbols. There is no option to buy bonuses in this game, as all features are activated naturally through gameplay in both the base game and the Clash for Power feature.

You can play it for real money.
