Up Helly Aa

Up Helly Aa, created by Kagaming, is a traditional video slot that features 5 reels and 3 rows with 25 fixed paylines. The game is inspired by the historic Viking festival Up Helly Aa, incorporating symbols like Viking ships, horned helmets, shields, and double-headed axes that create a maritime and Nordic vibe. The Wild Torch symbol functions as a wild, while the Scatter symbol is represented by the Viking Ship. Landing three or more Scatter symbols activates the Free Spins feature; players receive 15 free spins for three Scatters, 20 for four, and 25 for five. During these free spins, the active paylines increase from 25 to 35, which enhances the potential for winning combinations. The gameplay becomes more intense, although the fundamental mechanics stay the same. The Wild Torch can also act as a Double Wild, representing two symbols on the same reel, which increases the chances of achieving winning combinations, potentially allowing for up to nine symbols on a payline. It is important to note that the free spins cannot be retriggered once activated in a single session. Furthermore, players have the option to use a Bonus Buy feature to directly purchase access to the free spins mode at a cost that is a multiple of the standard base bet.

You can play it for real money.
