Joker Poker (Multi-Hand)

Joker Poker (Multi-Hand) by Rival is a variant of video poker that incorporates classic draw poker mechanics with the addition of a wild Joker and a standard 52-card deck. The Joker serves as a substitute for any card in your hand, enabling the creation of stronger combinations such as Five of a Kind or a Joker Royal Flush. To achieve a win, players typically need at least a pair of Kings or better, showcasing the influence of the wild card on the game's strategy. Players begin by dealing five cards, deciding which to keep while discarding the others, and then drawing replacements, with the held cards replicated across all hands in multi-hand play. Rival's version allows for the play of multiple hands simultaneously, with up to four hands using the same initial deal but featuring separate draws for each. The highest payout is usually awarded for a "Natural Royal Flush," which does not involve the Joker, while combinations that include the Joker generally yield lower multipliers. Many versions of the game also feature a gamble or "double-up" option after a winning hand, allowing players to risk their winnings for a chance to double them by guessing a card's value. This game focuses on straightforward video poker action, enhanced by the presence of the wild Joker, the ability to play multiple hands at once, and the gamble feature, without any free spins or bonus buy rounds.
