John Hunter And The Mayan Gods

Developed by Pragmatic Play, "John Hunter And The Mayan Gods" is a video slot that features 5 reels, 3 rows, and 10 fixed paylines. The game is set against a backdrop of ancient Mayan mythology, where players follow the adventures of John Hunter as he explores temples, ruins, and encounters Mayan gods. The Wild symbol, depicted as a golden mask, appears exclusively on reels 2, 3, and 4, and it expands vertically when it contributes to a winning combination. To activate the free spins round, players need to land at least three Scatter symbols, which are illustrated as Mayan temples, granting 12 free spins. During these free spins, a progressive ladder system is in play: each Wild that lands advances the player to a higher level and upgrades the lowest premium symbol to a more valuable one. Additionally, players can earn extra free spins from Wilds—one for a single Wild, three for two, and five for three. Furthermore, Scatters that appear during the free spins can retrigger the feature, providing another set of 12 free spins. The game offers a maximum win potential of around 2,500 times the bet amount.
